Melbourne University – Telehealth

In 2021, JMA had the pleasure of working with The University of Melbourne to design the content for their brand new telehealth online course, designed to give students from across a number of health disciplines an introduction to this new and evolving field. 

JMA were responsible for creation of an overall brand identity and design style for the entire course, as well as taking the supplied written content and bringing it to life with images, infographics and animations. 

We also spent a few sessions with the Melbourne University team, filming interviews and videos to be used throughout the course, adding a more personal touch to the written content but allowing students to hear directly from the professors and lecturers involved in writing the course.

MS online course

JMA partnered with Overcoming MS  a charity we’ve supported for over a decade — and The University of Melbourne School of Population and Global Health to design and build an eLearning course that empowers and educates people with MS.

Currently being used by the university as part of a major research project, JMA were involved in all parts of the project, creating a unique design style, bringing to life animations, recording voice overs both in Australia and the US, as well as UX design and development of the bespoke eLearning interface. 

The course is designed to educate and support people with MS, providing them with important information and guidance to allow lifestyle changes that have a huge impact on their recovery. The course also connects participants to an active community, bringing a social aspect to the eLearning experience that is quite unique.
